Serenade Me

A bouquet of roses
 And those of tulips
  Only can tease
But my heart only knows
 What you need to please
  But serenade me with love

Diamonds, gold and rubies
 Only but flatter my affection
  But the symphony of words
    In harmony gets my attention
     But serenade me with affection

My heart yearns to create the
sound that will strike the cords
    Of my heart
 For my heart is delicate
   Strike the cords gently
    Only then will you serenade
     Me to your love
