Sequence-Sabi Interlude

I
create,
contemplate
in my lonely
mood,
there
I find
atmosphere,
feeling,colour
tone
but
never
pleasure of
being on my
own

Note:Sabi -Early Japanese words that alludes to the solitary contemplative condition in which
poetry is written

I have read this many times, maybe because I am sick today, and my head is fuzzy, but those last few words are sad to me, and reconnect with the beginning of the poem. Still, all different emotions are often the cause of our artistic creation, but that you don't enjoy the pleasure of being on your own is still sad to me. Love, Shar

OH! Those last 5 lines - brilliant! No, it does always feel/seem like there is that 'other' always whispering, whispering...never alone, no, but always inspired to greatness beyond our wildest imaginings! Poetry is awesome. :) As is this! love, Kristin
