September's Here

August's left
  September's here
The air is lighter
  Breezes cheer

A weight has lifted
  from our shoulders
All because
  the summer's older

Yes, me too. And the crisp, cool air as well. Can't come soon enough for me now. The heat and humidity just go right through me by the end of August. Here's to Autumn, Tom! :) gw

The question is,"Who'll stop the rain?" I do love the fall and am looking forward to some cooler weather. Nicely penned Gershon.

Yes, you're right, Daniel. Sometimes those heavy autumn rains can wash out the whole season. Hope not this year... We'll see what happens. Thanks for the visit! Cheers, Gershon

Very appealing take on early fall, which I love, Gershon. Janice
