September
Spring unveils its beauty in a blossom of colour
Eager to renew life following the dry, cold winter
Purple flowers crown the majestic jacaranda trees
Triggering bird song - cue a chorus of crickets and frogs
Emerges a green country following the first rains of the season
Mosquitos also join in and begin to hum their blood feasting mantra
Bees intoxicated on pheromones dart through the pollen enriched air
Ergo, love is in the air, displayed in flip-flops, shorts and se&y spring wear
Random thunder showers are the order of the day - blessings of the Virgin
