September
S ilent fallen leaf is nothing more than
E nding summer’s waving good bye
P urple, yellow, russet and brown leaves
T umbling down and swept in a heap
E xhausted trees are ready to sleep on
M ulticolored, rich and rare carpet lay
B lowing soft wind singing the carols
E ven the spring beauty has no such grace as
R esting one autumnal face I have seen.
