What an unprecedented massacre the perpetrators staged, annihilating precious lives and destroying the twin towers- a symbol of the nation's pride

Thank you Paul, as Gershon said, the face of pure evil, they have twisted beliefs, no god would condone their actions. I think its an insult to suggest it was an inside job. Tom

It has been 18 years, but people here still remember where they were when they heard the news of the attack. It was, perhaps, the most horrific thing any of us had seen. Your senryu is powerful, Tom, and we still search for answers as to what motivated the attackers. Hugs, Carolyn

Thanks Carolyn, I was in Spain when it happened and the TV in the lobby was in Spanish so didn't know what was going on until we went into town to an English bar. A horrific day for mankind that people could be driven to commit such acts of pure evil. Tom

Thanks Richard, just saw on the news the U.S. military have dropped 40 tons of bombs on ISIS stronghold's, It's the only language they understand, they'll get a shock when they find no virgins' at the pearly gates. Tom.

Every time September 11th comes around I'm remind of inoncent lives that were lost. Why? Because of pure evil. When I saw it on the news that dreadful day, my eyes couldn't believe what I saw. My heart wanted to believe it was a movie ( it didn't want to believe that something that aweful and horrific could be real). Sad but good Senyru on 9- 11. Have a great day my friend- Alexis
