Sentinels of Sorrow

Releasing my anguish is not that easy standing two hours away from day break I feel far removed from sleep; The lamp posts on the island are sentinels of sorrow and just like me they are afraid to blink ; I get the feeling that every thought has been thought , and even though I fought the good fight, I cannot seem to express my deepest sorrow not even to God above; I'm afraid I missed the stars tonight, and soon the sun will rise and I'll be still sitting here , by my computer waiting....

Ah, well, perhaps it is because you have yet to experience your deepest sorrow, so don't rush it! Set your mind on what you can do after the sun rises! Aloha! Rico

One suggestion is that you type random words and maybe something will click. My mind is not clicking much these days. Not with the darn vertigo that I got. ~~

Japanese TV on Saturday released a medical report concluding the problem is your cerebellum has grown weak and needs retraining doing simple eye exercises 3-sets 3-times per day but most seniors grow bored and stop them, so it suggested doing them as you sit on the toilet - which most seniors do more than 3x per day. Aloha! Rico
