Senses

my senses keep you forever with me
my mouth misses the taste
of your tender kiss
my face misses the caress
of your tender touch
how sweet were your words
when you whispered them
softly in my ear
how my heart misses you
and wish that you were here
time has not begun to erase
your memory from my mind
my senses keep you forever with me
my thoughts of you are kind
i miss the smell of your body
pressing next to mine
i see your face before me
i need and want you so much
you are forever with me
but you i can not touch
my senses keep you forever with me
as each day goes by with time
you will be forever with me
you will be forever mine

I thank you Poet Destroyer. I welcome all comments and support. Positive feed back is the art of peeling a grape so soft and tender and letting it be exposed, severed and then delectable shared.
