Sensational Shadow
in my story, you for your way in
my continuing story
does not end when i die
my legacy will creep up and remind
all that remember
something i no longer have control over
shadowing my basic existence
when you showed up, i was but a boy responsible for the everyday things
when you expressed your prescreened interest slowly, my panic became my interpreter
your approach made me a foreigner who could not speak the language
yet you continued to open your door of opportunity for me to hold up the cross of my reluctance
sensational shadow, display yourself
sensational shadow, present yourself
sensational shadow, do not open her page later
sensational shadow, see what you missed
sensational shadow, see the beauty that you could have freely kissed
sensational shadow, all you end up getting now is dismissed
sensational shadow, walk away knowing
sensational shadow, walk away growing
sensational shadow....Always Forever...
