She always wore sensible shoes
A working woman, self reliant
No need for expensive heels
In fact, her shoes told her entire story
She was sensible in every way
Do the shoes make the woman or vice versa?
She always wanted to splurge on en expensive pair
Never could bring herself to do it
Dam, those sensible shoes!
