As ambulance/taxi/Uber/good Samaritan drivers may be completely innocent of the purpose of her trip, that smacks of an "hate" crime to me, but not to our Judiciary, who supposedly base our laws upon the concept of, "a reasonable man!"

Senate Bill 8 allows anyone to claim a driver offered a ride to a female who had an abortion or miscarriage and said driver must pay a $10,000 fine plus all court costs
