Selfish Love

I found happiness when I found you
I fell in love with your smile and sensitivity
It's strange how when you get what you want you get scared and stop listening to your heart. What everyone else thinks get so much more important, it drowns out my crying heart

"he's not the one ...he's too tall ...he's too slim ...he's not ambitious enough "

Everyone judged you and I forgot what I wanted and how happy I am when I am with you. I became the thing I didn't want to, judgmental ...looking for your weakness and not trusting in our love ...now I wonder where you are

No one thought about me everyone was more interested in their own selfish happiness losing my friendship. l

Now I am back here all alone …no delight in my heart
