Self Raising Sun

Forget me not out in the drought

Never ask never sought

All the good is never forgot

I am your carnation

Your own creation

Like a flower i rose myself

Though I thank the lord for you

For forcing me to stay true

Like a flower in a bloom

When I go i shall see you soon

I pray the time to reverse the wrong to turn it right

To see the sun which shines your face in light

As I see the moon at night

Know forever and forget me not

The one you forgot in the pot

Though In my heart I forever see

How much I meant as you did for me.

"Like a flower I rose myself." That's a great line, the double meaning of rose (as the past tense of rise) and rose as a flower. Nice!
