Seldom Seen
rare birds in
view
amongst the reeds
a site which onlookers
have waited
long to see
It will be noted
in their annals
a dream come true
for some
Don't be put off
by the difficulties
the bird takes flight
and it's soon out of sight
Yesterday a memory
Tomorrow a wispy cloud of hope
Such as seldom
seen in this land
Take note of it before
it disappears into the mist
