Notes About The Poem

Seguidilla -3

     Summer dims, the sun hangs low;

     Autumn's on her way.

     Leaves must fall and snow will fly:

     seasons have their say;

     warm, hot, cool, and cold.

     But soon, a new day will begin!

     Spring's rebirth, behold!

I'm seeing awesome interpretations of this topic and your poem is one I tuned to--sunny, inspirational. Did the sponsor request that we avoid using phrases from the lines? We better check; i'll go back to the contest page. Just a thought. Warmest!
