Seemingly

intermittently 
when shadows
undulate
on walls
i see you
reaching out
as if trying
to comfort me
in these
moments
i miss you
most

nights
seem
as long
as the years
passing by
without you

in a plashet
of tears
i lie here
motionless
as the shadows
fade out
like life

seemingly
i am alone
again
