Seeking Mars

Man trashed every Earth green zone, and now wishes to render Mars equally prone. Let planet plans focus from hearts, not wallet bones, that Mars may be left alone. We cannot go out any door to find peaceful people living pure, yet some seek galactic lure on Mars. I cannot believe some want to see Mars achieved while our planet's green flows a bleed. Stop wars on our Earth before Mars’ power-feuds burst from man’s greedy, battling worst. Grow unity here to heal the simple man’s fears before he is whipped with Mars’ tears. Fix our planet earth before seeking Mars as other cause to cruelly smother. Or, better yet, corrupt ones leave, please, seek Mars immediately with good bye-byes from me. Do not correspond or report all going on, just remain Mars-gone.

Ah, you gave me a wistful chuckle w/this splendid truth-telling poem, CayCay. Very creative wordplay I must say ... just remain Mars-gone ... see ya. I really liked the vibe of this poem. It's an instant fave of mine. Love and more love to you, dear.

Yes, I quite agree. We have no business on Mars when we can't even take care of our own backyard. Our planet could become an Eden again with a little effort and less greed. Great evocative write my friend! ; ) 7

oh I LOVE this one, Caycay. Though I fear we truly must prepare for Mars. They say in 50 years we will have nowhere on EArth to stay alive. You did a marvelous job, dear. Was this for any contest? If so, it's a winner to ME

Not for a contest - the Mars write represents the soap box I climbed on after Tim and I watched a documentary on man's Mars ambitions. I had to vent and this is where my therapy led! Love ya ... CayCay

Hi CayCay, I don't even know if it's possible to live on Mars. But I with you, if it's possible to live there we need to get this planet together before trying to live on Mars. Can you imagine Mars being as jacked up as this (Earth)? A without a doubt seven:-) Alexis

Conquering Mars is beyond comprehension, being so far away and with a non-ideal environment. But having said that, I believe there is more chance of that happening than of bringing everlasting peace to our planet!! ~ May I take this opportunity to wish you, CayCay and your loved ones, a truly Happy Christmas and all the best for 2017:) Warm regards // paul

HaHa I do so agree Cay Cay. I for one can't understand why anyone would want to go where they have to import air. What happens if the shipment is delayed? As for for the corrupt ones. I often say You can't live with them and can't send them to Mars. Great write. A seven from me. God Bless, JB

In a season of peace they're planning for war, perhaps we should send them all to Mars...Very good write

Ha, you won't get an argument from me on that! But Mars is not big enough for all the corrupt! A great write!
