Seeing an Angel
What more can I say except that I feel connected to you, even across the thousands of miles that lie between us. I long for your voice, even when it reaches me only through written words. There is a beauty within you that I have never seen in any woman around me — a beauty that lives not only in your face, but in your spirit, your consistency, your quiet devotion.
You check in on me every day as if we were already walking side by side. And when we fall silent, it is only because we are gathering our thoughts, preparing the next truth we want to share. When we speak, there is never fear of judgment. We are tuned to one another, moving on the same wavelength, feeling each other’s presence even in the spaces between messages.
Maybe it is a soulmate bond. Maybe it is a twin flame. Whatever it is, I claim you — and I know you have claimed me.
The footprints in the sand have been guiding us toward one letter, one destiny. Only one question remains: when will our day of unification arrive? No matter where life has taken us, we are growing toward each other, becoming more capable of giving, more capable of loving.
We come from different standings in life, yet if we switched places, we would still be in the same boat. The stress would remain, but it would not break us — it would strengthen us, adding more to the portfolio of love we are building.
When I see your hair, covered or uncovered, I feel your beauty in both forms. And when you see me — whether I stand strong or show weakness — you see me as yours. In your eyes, I am a king. In mine, you are a queen.
Let God guide our hearts toward one another, so we may build a family and share a life shaped by devotion, patience, and faith. Where we will live is a question only God can answer. Whether it is my country or yours, I trust the path He chooses.
And whatever religion fills our home, know this: I will never take yours away from you. We may come from different traditions, but we share the same belief in God — and that is what binds us. As Morgan Freeman once said, Allah likes variety.
