Seeds

"Sow the seed" farmer said
To his teenage boy,
"There is no crop unless you plant
the seed into the soil."

"The smallest seed will do the job
And then produce more seeds,
Multiplied beyond your work
This is your greatest deed."

The Christian life does not produce
By structured sweat and toil,
But Kingdom seed inside the heart
With softness of the soil.

All of life grows from a seed
Is Life's most fruitful principle,
You'll know just like the teenage boy
Who learnt that by the physical.
