See Through My Eyes

See through my eyes

Cheerful faces
with my first cry,
Born into this world
my mother's pretty face,
Forgetting all the pains
thrived with all grace,
Saw through my little brain
everyone in a rat race,
Hurt, insult and abuse,
world was no holy place,
Kids and women killed
bloodshed their real face,
Lavish spending on wars
while hunger begged at sacred place,
Brutal murders and rapes
of humanity, law and jail breaks,
Mother Earth exhausted
of its natural resources,
Selfishness, greed and cruelty
I am so much scared,
Days are dark
and nights awake,
Take me to a safer place mother
maybe back into your womb,
Afloat in peace with my eyes closed !

This sounds very much Like the eyes of Buddha, with the outer eyes closed the inner eyes see wisdom and faith in humanity that others can see this as well. :)
