why can’t you see “me”
i will not be what you want “me” to be,
i will never fit
you don’t know “me”
i have a face, i have a heart
and a soul
i am not black, brown
white or yellow
see “me”
i am not like “others”
i am “me”
see me as i am
love me as i am
