Liz said, "Be certain that Dick answers the phone", re wake-up call, whereto, Dick answered me for that morning call. Usually, on my day off, I would stay over at her house before the long drive to my home in SF. Her sister, Louise Foley (lived in LA) would visit. She played Kristy McNichol's large eyeglasses biking friend in "Family".

Thank you, Jan, so kind of you, and regarding the contest, reasoned my choosing a much later date for ending it as I suspected a slow start, whereto, it has been. I am glad that the breath of life is within us my friend, on this brand new day and year, Aloha!

Thanks, Beata, please note that my sample of two double dactyl's is not necessarily a requirement but it is meant that should one write more than one double dactyl, then both or all double dactyl's should be on the same topic as mine re alcoholism, Aloha!

thanks for the memory (of Liz and Burton). They were QUITE the pair, weren't they? I enjoyed this. Question for you at Soup.

I have not yet read your soupmail, but first I'd like to thank you for your poignant shine of them whom I had the pleasure of meeting, first via Richard's performing Camelot in San Francisco, then raced my friend 117 miles to her hotel job in Pebble Beach, when a couple of hours later, they'd both stopped by the front desk to leave a wake-up call, Aloha!
