Seductive Darkness

Seductive Darkness

Seductive! And I fell
Without knowing where
Then the light bade farewell.
Instant embrace by mystifying darkness,
Radiating back nothing cordial
Yet, I knew I was awaited,
Saved by an unheard bell…
The irony of it though,
That it was the light I was saved from
And where I fell,
Was unspoken, unseen, un-thought
Where I fell,
Was home!
