Secret Wish

My secret wish
Is to be wanted
Not used
To be loved
Not hated
To be cared about
Not abused
I wanna live in place
Where people can be people
Where racism and criticism
Doesn’t exist 
Everybody in perfect harmony
My secret wish is 
Not to be judged by the ones 
Who loved me 
I wanna be loved for who I am
Not for who am not 
I wanna laughed with
Not laughed at
I wanna be in a place 
Where hurtful words
Doesn’t exist 
Where fighting and killing 
Doesn’t exist 
Where slavery and child abuse 
Are not known to human kind
I wanna change the world
Make life worth living 
Not worth dying

So tonight I go outside
And wish for my secret wish to 
Come true 
Saying the only way I know it came through 
Is if the world changes
