Secret Desires of a Poem

Secret Desires of a Poem

I don't want to be pretty...
I want to be an ugly truth
And you are too fascinated
To look away-
I want to be
Breathtaking.
I want to make you-
Feel something.

I want you to read
Each line like the eyes
Of your lover...
Because I want to
Break your heart.
