Finally conquered my seasonal affective disorder This lamp seems to help, also spring's round the corner Made it through A close one, phew! Thought they'd have to lock up the knives till it's warmer

I sit with my computer in front of my 9 foot sliding glass door in the winter... The trees that shade it in the summer are now letting the glorious light thru... Smiles to you.

I can relate to your poem Jack as I have felt listless as the dull winter days and rain have made taken a hold - roll on spring - the sun is shining today I think the weather is finally going to brighten up:-) hugs Jan xx
