Searching

Everyone has their skepticisms,
Fears,
And pessimistic views,
But if we live our lives looking at the glass half empty,
Rather than half full,
We'll spend our whole lives in search of that mythical full glass.
Instead of searching aimlessly
Throughout a mess of jumbled up,
Emotion scrambling
Circumstances,
Be thankful for the now,
Don't wait until it has already passed you by.

You're right Sarah! You are new, but your thoughts are comparable to the experienced poets'! Creative!
