Search For Love

You will never be ok No matter You can study with the Buddha You can read the Gospels You can subscribe to the Koran You can be agnostic Nothing will show you the way Like the demon inside That makes you evil Gives you faith You enjoy it but you know that It is not the truth To keep the skies blue And to make the children happy Then you must ignore the dark side And keep on the sunny side It is not easy. Society has given you all the tools To do either. The choice is yours It’s tool time and you have to make a choice Neither one is wrong it’s what’s right for you You can always change your mind. That’s the beauty of life You have so many years to decide. Just don’t hurt people if you can help it. Love is everywhere. Pick it like a flower And smell it and know that it can be gone in and instant.

Dear Kilmer I try to grab the good tools, the right from the wrong. Someone told me once - who distinguishes what's right from wrong? I don't know who, but I think I have an idea of right and wrong. I love your thought that the answers come from our inside devil. love, Kathy

People build walls and opinions and are not willing to listen to anything else. I believe in keeping the conversation open as life is constantly changing and it is not a black and white world. thanks for taking the time to read my work. I appreciate your comments. Kilmer

When you realise a truth, sometimes it is hard to change the mind. Thought-provoking, and very saddening to me -- powerful all the same. Lots of love your way, Stephen. I hope to read some more soon! Now onto some work..catchyah later Always, Laura

Thanks Laura, I'll be reading more of your work soon. This one just flowed out and made sense to me. Life is constantly changing and if we are not willing to change then we are destined to make the same mistakes. Love always~Kilmer

I always wondered why there is so much talk about evil in religion when religion claims to be about love. Quite a paradox. Really like the last 2 lines.

A paradox indeed. On one hand it is cut and dry. On the other interpretation. Some would say show me the way and I will follow. Others question everything. I am of the other ilk. ~Kilmer
