Seafaring Days

My seafaring days
Have come to an end
All that brash exuberance
Of youth,
Now wasted on younger men.

That last line is great poetry --- alternately amusing, satirical, vaguely troubling, damning, bitter, and wistful --- and that's just one man's take on it. Nicely done! ~ gw
