Sea Travel
The sea, miles wide.
the bay, loud with voices shouted
yet there aint a boat at dock,
but the horns they blare.
Alright there aint a ship passing either,
though my plight for sleep develops,
But I see blue and black in the dark.
the sea troubled by the fish
I hear the dolphins shrieking.
my soul is calm as bucket water,
With the little friends I have,
The better ones that I aint knowing,
but there isn't a ship I'll take,
Wherever it goes, let it,
I wont leave my love lonely.
