Sea at Night

¦¦¦ night-flood rakes ¦¦¦¦ ¦¦¦ ¦¦¦¦¦ shore;
Along ¦¦¦ rugged cliffs ¦¦¦ ¦¦¦¦¦¦ caves
Mourns the ¦¦¦¦¦¦ Ocean, ¦¦¦¦¦¦¦ to deplore
¦¦¦ ¦¦¦¦ ¦¦¦ ¦¦¦¦¦¦ ¦¦¦ ¦¦¦ restless waves—
¦¦¦¦¦ ¦¦¦ corrosive tides, ¦¦¦ hollow rock
Falls ¦¦¦¦¦¦ ¦¦¦ rushing from its turfy height,
Shakes the ¦¦¦¦¦ beach ¦¦¦¦ ¦¦¦¦¦¦¦¦¦¦¦¦¦¦¦ shock,
Loud thundering on the ¦¦¦ ¦¦¦ sullen Night;
¦¦¦¦¦ ¦¦¦ desolate ¦¦¦ ¦¦¦¦¦¦ deep,
Gleams the ¦¦¦ Moon, ¦¦¦ floating mist ¦¦¦¦¦¦¦¦
¦¦¦ ¦¦¦¦ ¦¦¦¦¦ ¦¦¦¦¦¦ ¦¦¦ ¦¦¦¦¦¦¦ ¦¦¦ ¦¦¦¦¦¦ ¦¦¦¦¦¦
¦¦¦¦¦ ¦¦¦ ¦¦¦¦¦¦¦¦¦¦¦ untroubled rest,
"Nature's ¦¦¦¦ nurse," deserts ¦¦¦ ¦¦¦¦¦¦¦¦¦¦ ¦¦¦¦¦¦¦
¦¦¦ ¦¦¦¦¦ the eyes, that only wake ¦¦¦ ¦¦¦¦¦
