Scream Myself Silent

Meaningless words for a space not filled
Gasping drowners grabbing at the sea for leverage
Lonely words and orphaned dreams
rattle around the titanic universe
Apes huddled together for warmth
Staring at sunlight jutting from the foilage above
Sure of the ground beneath there feet
Binary God in there hands
all of us meat that just has not died
Alone cold and melting
The infant voice listening in the dark
and only hears the echoes of the life gone
