Scorch

SLOW AND RESTLESS
THE WIND BLOWS
ACROSS THE MILES
THE SUN SHOWS
ITS WRETCHED FACE
FOR ALL TO SEE
BRIGHT AND HORRID
SUCKING LIFE
THE SAND BURNS
MY FEET
THIS DESERT HAS DRAINED ME
I CAN GO NO FURTHER
IN THIS BARREN WASTELAND.
