the story behind this [rap] is that my brother needed to write one for school and ran out of
time so my dad made me write it for him instead. and yeah thats basically it lol =] enjoy!
I quarrel with my mom to go to this school
I come here and HEED your rules
cause I'm here to Collaborate
y'all should appreciate
cause where I came from kids are more CRUDE
not at home but from my old school

no, I ain't been drinking
that stuff's just dumb
I know better
cause seldom kids do that and are okay where I come from
I'm Pursuing my dreams
they're FEASIBLE alright
so don't EXPUNGE my light
all you posers keep your COMPOSURE
cause I'm RESILENT, able to rehabilitate
I'm here a total of 12 years to the date
dont have APATHY
cause this rap ain't about Abe Lincon
Just listen and see the beautiful blue beach waves rise up to meet your face
That's where we can chill at the end of our days

I know better

its INEVITABLELY clear
that I'll make it through the years

the subjects are COHERENT to my mind
maybe slowly but I take it one day at a time
PERSERVERANCE is the key
as long as I believe
that I'm gonna make it
one day you'll see
and if you dont believe
that's all right
'cause all I'm learning will bring me through the night

I dont smoke or drink
my only adiction is gum
I know better than to do stuff
that will ruin my life
cause I've seen all the troubled kids
and that stuff just ain't right
