Scary Impact
SCARY IMPACT
Once I found me walking down a road narrow
paved with the greasy stones of the graveyard,
a road cutting in midnight air a tunnel hollow
and desolate where devil’s voice could be heard.
The road lined with still rows of defoliated tree,
twisted branches hanged like trap of steel net,
night’s opaque mist weaved a shroud of mystery,
creeping fear pounded my heart at a fast rate.
A beam of light as sharp as the lightning lance
pierced through me in a flash of sudden burst.
Before getting almost blind I could for once
see a speeding black car, toward me it rushed.
Like a burning meteor the car had charged,
creating in the splitting air a blazing seam,
carved me into gravestone before I was crushed.
The shattering impact broke my scary dream.
