Scars

We all learn from our mistakes
We're all shaped by things from our past
We may not remember them all
But we'll never forget our scars

They shape and mold us for tomorrow
They give us life long memories
The bitter truth and harsh remedies
Some by friends who turned enemies

Nevertheless I'll hold each scar dearly
Because they made me the man I am today
I say a prayer for scared victims sincerely
As I also encourage them to pray

A thousand miles starts with a step
And a million starts from one
So I did nothing that I'll ever regret
Because they're all for the greater plan.

Honest and courageous. So true. We can only learn from our mistakes and come out better people from every bad situation. Don't be afraid to grow. Very encouraging. Thank you.
