Carolyn Devonshire February 15, 2011 at 1:41 PM Teresa, I have nightmares almost every evening, but they don't usually involve "monsters," just frightening situations. It is hard to cope with them afterward, so I can relate to the way you wake with tears in your eyes. There's nothing wrong with sleeping during the day!
