Saying Goodbye to a Former Friend

We first met in high school during my last year and your first year. We hung out the entire year all the way until I asked the question of going out with me. Your rejection at the time was not fully felt until years later when you would come back what do I do with interest. You were never truly interested in me as I was within my whole desire back then to be interested in you. We would try to hang out and try to rekindle memories from the past as we are both now adults period of course, unusual to be with me was more based upon the few of you never having a family. While the interest was no longer prevalent as I had moved on. A different friend from high school is in my life.
You never meant to fall in love with me, well, that love was diminished every time we saw each other and jazz band, and you would mention something about a boyfriend. You did not have a boyfriend as he would not have been comfortable with you having lunch with me. There were never any pictures of no tagged events or anything showing that you were in a relationship. The fantasy you had was on your head just like in the land of Narnia. So, saying goodbye to you was not hard. Only a few would know of your story and only a few would call you brave for that been a part of me since we were in high school.
The spirit you talked to are not of your loved ones. It is possible that you have not asked them simple questions to see if there are truly the spirit of your relatives. Instead of your church and instead of doing these readings, you need to see a psychiatrist.
Can you honestly answer 3 important questions for me to ever consider you as an extended family member?
Do you truly love me or is it a matter of running out of options?
Do you see yourself contributing to the relationship in a manner that is beyond that of a custodial?
If we are reflection of one another what makes you think that you reflect me when it comes to how you present yourself to the wall and to me?

Quite an interesting and dramatic story, Aaron. Kept me hooked to end, just to see the conclusion. It contains a host of emotions. You might want to separate it into stanzas to clarify them all for the reader. Keep writing &ThkU for sharing. Sending blessings., Ghairo.

Thank you for replying. Thank you, I sort of like the dramatic take on my poetry. I plan on writing more drama styles. My next drama poem is going to be based on my [ast trip to Malayasia and Singapore. Stay tuned for that one. I designed it that way to speak to the emotions I was feeling at the time prior to writing the poetry. I sort of like to place my writing style, when it comes to prose, in an emotional manner. This poem is based on real events.
