Say Merry Christmas

Tis the season to be jolly,

as Santa shouts, ho ho ho

merriment and Christmas cheer

most places that you go.

We all celebrate in diverse ways,

and it really is okay

but some people get upset

when it should not be that way.

Everyone has their own beliefs,

it does not make it wrong

we all share this time of year

why not leave well enough alone?

Who cares if I say Merry Christmas,

 if you say Happy Holiday

we are both saying the same thing

just in a unique way.

It does not make us wrong,

It is not about who is right

yet people act ignorantly

and they want to fight.

Let's enjoy this time of year,

like it was meant to be

and love it, in our own ways

for all the world to see.
