Whenever you slight someone, sincerely say "I apologize" You said something bad or untrue about Jane? Tell her, "I apologize" If you hurt someone's feelings, intentionally or not, say "I apologize" If you bring shame upon your family name apologize to Mom and Dad, to your siblings Simply say those two magic words, "I apologize" An expression of regret for hurtful things said... or done to someone, or to a group of people, is achingly human, You open a window to your soul... in the process. Contriteness isn't always easy to show. It takes courage to expose imperfections, but the reward is well worth it! An apology is enough to thaw a heart frozen with anger. The healing process... instantaneously begins when those words are... uttered with conviction. Grudges dissolve, making room for forgiveness.
