Genesis 1:28

And God blessed them. And God said to them, “Be fruitful and multiply and fill the earth and subdue it, and have dominion over the fish of the sea and over the birds of the heavens and over every living thing that moves on the earth.”

1 Corinthians 4:1-2

This is how one should regard us, as servants of Christ and stewards of the mysteries of God. Moreover, it is required of stewards that they be found faithful.

Prayer for a Troubled World. Everything on Earth is ...9.46 am Nov. 23, 2024

While we know that the world is getting worse As it orbits on elliptical path, We, earth’s stewards still veer from right course then give our mother nature wails and wrath. Conflicts, wars, pollutions are prevalent And we suffer a lot from climate change Biodiversity loss... can’t prevent Corruptions, poverty…now in wide range. Global health issues are worse than before Diseases spread faster at higher tolls Don’t lose hope, miracle is at our door These are God’s knocks from our repeated falls. Pray harder and be guided by God's words, Love and strong brotherhood will save our world.

Dear Len, what a stark reflection on the challenges facing humanity and our relationship with the Earth. The way you articulate the struggles of our time while still holding onto hope is both powerful and necessary. Thank you for sharing such a thought-provoking piece; your poetic words inspire us to confront our realities with courage and compassion. I pray God our creator will intervene if we don’t. Autumn Blessings, My Dear Friend, Daniel

Amen, dear friend Len! Indeed we are stewards and ambassadors who are called to be prayer warriors in all that we say, do and think! This truly powerful sonnet challenges me to think, then re-think, how I use God's treasure and gifts! Thank dear friend for this gift. Sending you bunches of blessings!

Thanks for reading my poem and your encouraging/uplifting words my dear poet friend Nette. In fact, I came to put back the 7th line into the first one. I put ... before coz "we" can't be inserted anymore. Again, thanks again and God bless. Hugs
