Save Me From This Ocean

Out there is a scary big black storm In here is a wide stagnant ocean What more can I ask for? Than your angelic existence to transport me with caution Over here is a narrow cave In which am trapped What I await is you to come, and save Carry me away on your tender wings that flap I don't know if you can see The way my heart beats and my passion boil But take me away from this stagnant ocean, save me Pull me out on a flight to a lively soil

Poignant and pensive. You write from the heart, Shehu. How've you been? Hope you're keeping well.
