Saturday Crowds

Why go nuts in a Saturday crunch?
Many stores now open 24/7, you see?
Packed stores, like monkeys on tall trees.
Me, home with tea and a zesty lunch.

NOTICE: this was listed originally as a limerick. A kind poet said it was not.
I had used another source that indicated a limerick could be four lines only.
I don't know anymore. So changing it to a rhyme. If you know about four
line limerick, .please Soupmail, me? Thanks.

We also tend to avoid the malls on a saturday, Sundays are quieter, not as crazy, Saturdays are like a stampede in progress! Love and hugs, jenn.

Sundays are better, I see a new picture of you! Sunning and lovely. No big malls that close to me. I like boutiques in town Panagiota

G'day Panagiota … your verse reminds me of Good Friday and Christmas, well not the days themselves, but the shopping frenzy that leads up to them - stay home is good advice - thank you Panagiota - Lindsay

I am getting so spoiled, if I know it is going to be crowded, a crowbar could not get me out of my lounger. I can relate to this one for sure!
