Satan and Me

So I kneel to the beast while fresh blood drips from his horns I’m a new arrival and he has yet to determine my punishment I motioned to speak and he quickly put his pitchfork upon my lips ‘I choose fire for you’, he said in a deep thunderous voice and he wept Why cry for me, dear Satan I thought and he could hear my pleas He grabbed my arm and threw me down an unending pit where curious souls swirled around me I would land in lava hot painful lava and there I would simmer and cry My screams would shatter ordinary glass if there was any to be held But then a light, my savior a guardian angel fresh to fight the demons And he would win today and lift me from my melting point to bring me to the pearly gates Damn the devil and his demons a pure heart can never be defeated today I dance with the angels

This is an interesting tale. I have an impression that Satan is also a slave to his condition. It's a good juxtapose to the common belief.
