Sat There

Sat there. We just sat there, There was nothing to it, We just sat there, There, is it ever Really nothing? Why there, why sit With me or is it just Me? Because we sat there, Smile to my ear, Oh dear, over there, You sat there with me. Sat there, I've said it quite enough, You might think nothing Of it; but, is it really ever? Because we sat there, You sat there and you knew, That over there, anywhere, That I didn't really care, I simply sat to be with you.

Very sweetly written, Cris. Enjoying sitting is a sign of love in bloom. Smiles, Dane Ann

This sounds like a relationship that has gone stale with time, Cris. I'm sure there are many here who can relate to this. Kept thinking of an elderly couple eating dinner together without talking. Very intriguing! Love, Carolyn
