Sarah Palin Replies to Her History Teacher

I don’t care if you were my history teacher in school
By what you ask, you surely must think I’m a fool
For you to say that to your class I now should return,
Why that’s ridiculous and makes my face red burn

I assure you that I know American history very well
And that about almost anything I am very able to tell
You can’t know how bad about your remarks I felt
I’m not some dumb blonde like Eleanor Roosevelt

This is not testy merely an observation. Mike Dailey June 11, 2011 at 8:03 AM Her husband raced snowmobiles for a while and he owns several commercial fishing boats. As for the poem - i like political humor and wrote a lot myself when i lived in the DC area. Elton Camp June 11, 2011 at 5:39 AM It would be fun if the poem did "take off" like that. I got over 8,000 reads on a poem on the death of bin Laden when a major website picked it to feature. I'll have to admit that I know almost nothing about Palin's husband apart from his being involved in a movement to separate Alaska from the United States. Thanks for reading. Elton
