Santa's Elves
Santa’s Elves
At twelve the "ELVES” helped SANTA CLAUS.
They packed wrapped TOYS in their new SLED.
Thick snow draped WINTER FAIRY LAND.
The view from Heaven was quite grand.
New snowmen popped up everywhere.
But only Frosty came to life.
Loud laughter filled home’s warmth inside.
FROSTY THE SNOW MAN danced outside.
Young children caroled JINGLE BELLS.
Elves and parents TRIMMING the tree,
Heard SLEIGH BELLS ringing in the dark.
The stars shown bright that CHRISTMAS Eve.
Big brothers watched for young one’s sleep.
They rode their sled onto the porch.
Oh, what fun two elf brothers had?
They wrapped more gifts to bring inside.
They helped eat treats with Santa Claus.
Their growing up was not so hard.
Becoming an elf brings sweet perks!
