Teddy Kimathi Poet Free verse

Sanity

Is it walking to town
when you are not nude or untidy?

Is it taking tea
with a cup, and wine 
with a glass?

Is it dressing to "fit"
in the digital age?

Is it going to war
in the name of love?

Is it laughing to make
the comedian happy?

Or, is it following your heart without
a taint of doubt?
