SANITY
I lost my sanity today
Now my blue skies have turned to grey
All the good things are now bad
Happy feelings have turned sad
I lost my sanity today
Maybe I’ll find it on E-Bay
Maybe some pigs might fly today
I lost my sanity today
If you find it please return it to my PO BOX address
Without it I’m a mess and I’m really quite distressed
Not to mention feeling stressed
I lost my sanity today
I wonder if it will come back, I’ve wandered way off the right track
I feel more awake than I ever did before
If this is madness give me more
Maybe I had an epiphany and that’s okay by me
Maybe I’m enlightened
There’s no reason to be frightened
I lost my sanity today, will it go or will it stay?
