Sandy's Mum

There’s a lady I know who lives in Doncaster town She’s the one to visit if you’re ever feeling down Joan will cheer you up with her jokes and stuff You won’t feel sad even when you’re feeling rough I like to go and see her she is so wise and kind Not many people left like that now you will find Joan is of the old school she is great to be with She has a lot of wisdom and knowledge to give A great cook and hostess when we visit her home In between our visits Sandy calls her on the phone Such a wonderful lady you could ever hope to meet If you ever get to see her you are in for a treat Thank you Joan, Sandy’s mum you are great You’re not just Sandy’s mum you are a mate I can’t thank you enough for everything you do Sandy’s mum Joan, we will always love you
